The Partnering for Strength Conference, sponsored by the Parent Information Center, NH Family Voices and the YEAH Council, is an opportunity for youth, parents, family leaders, professionals, and other partners from across New Hampshire to come together for a day of interactive sessions on issues that impact children and youth with disabilities and/or special health care needs and their families.  It is an opportunity to meet someone new, learn from each other, and explore shared goals, challenges, and visions.
