This training will help you understand two important parts of the special education process Written Prior Notice and Parental Consent.
Participants will Learn:
• What Written Prior Notice is and when schools must
give it to you
• What Parental Consent means and when you need to
give it
• How these rights help you stay informed and involved
in decisions about your child’s education
You’ll also learn what to do if you don’t agree with a school’s decision and how to ask questions or get more help.
